Welcome to the Jacksonville Council of the Blind website (“Site”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this Site and any services, content, or features offered through it. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use or access the Site.


1. Definitions & Interpretation
