A: The Jacksonville Council of the Blind (JCB) is a local nonprofit organization serving blind and visually impaired individuals in Jacksonville, Florida. We are an active affiliate of the Florida Council of the Blind (FCB) and the American Council of the Blind (ACB). Our mission is to foster self-confidence, independence, and community through fellowship, advocacy, and accessible programming.

A: We hold monthly membership meetings on the third Monday of each month from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM. Meetings take place at Brooks Clubhouse, 2700 University Blvd. West, Building 2, Jacksonville, FL 32217. Virtual attendance via Zoom is also available for those who cannot attend in person.
